SCHEDULING OPTIONS

The high quality, nurturing, educational experience you can expect from Villa Montessori School is available 7:00am - 5:30pm, Monday-Friday, year-round.  Children are welcome to be scheduled to be dropped off anytime between 7:00am - 8:30am.  Available pick-up times for children in the Infant, Toddler, and Pre-Primary programs include 11:45am, or any scheduled time between 3:30pm - 5:30pm.  Available pick-up times for children in the Primary program include 12:00pm, or any scheduled time between 3:30 - 5:30pm.  


In order to facilitate a child's development of relationships with staff and their own unique routine at Villa Montessori School, minimum attendance requirements have been determined through a collaborative effort of staff, families, and our governing board.  A minimum attendance schedule of at least 3 mornings per week (8:30am - 11:45am) is required for Infant, Toddler, and Pre-Primary students.  A minimum attendance of at least 3 mornings per week (8:30am - 12:00pm) is required for Primary students.  


To be respectful of children's transitions throughout the day, children in any age group staying for lunch are requested to stay until 3:30pm.  We are more than happy to discuss scheduling options with families to find an option that would work best.

Sibling Discounts | 10% +

Any child enrolled that is the sibling (of equal age or younger) of another VMS student will receive 10% off their total scheduled tuition each month.  Siblings will also be eligible for a reduced Application/Registration fee.  This discount is applicable to all age groups.

Vacation Credits

We are here for you.  7:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday, all year*, providing a high quality educational experience for your child.  That being said, we hope that families have the opportunity to take breaks/vacations when it best suits your needs.  For more information regarding vacation credits, please see our Parent Handbook.  


*Our school does not currently close for events such as: Parent-Teacher Conferences, Professional Development Days, Spring/Summer/Fall Breaks, etc.  That being said, we do close for a portion of government observed holidays.  Please see our School Calendar for information.

Tuition & Rate INformation

FULL TIME Discount | 15%

In order to ensure our school is affordable for all families, any child enrolled in our Infant, Toddler, Pre-Primary, or Primary classes with a schedule of 35 or more hours per week (over 4 or 5 scheduled days per week) will be eligible to receive 15% off their total scheduled tuition each month.

School Policies/ parent responsibilities

Elementary  |  Kindergarten - 6th grade

Tuition is $5,562.00** for the entire school year. Elementary core class time is Monday through Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm. Before and after school care is available at an hourly rate of $5.67 per hour for any time before or after core class time. Before and after school care is taught by our professional, highly qualified staff in a Montessori setting.  Elementary students will also have the opportunity to participate in special events and field trips throughout the year.  These special events and field trips can include: swimming, Junior Achievement, workshops with the Figge and Putnam Museums, and field trips to local educational attractions such as Bald Eagle Days, the QC Botanical Gardens and more.

Students are selected for admission to the school on the basis of academic potential, developmental maturity, school achievement, diversity and gender balance, readiness for the school's program, and appropriateness of the match between the family and the school.
